Nader Vatanchi - VP Corporate Finance and Director

Nader Vatanchi has spent a decade in finance, starting with Edward Jones and IG Wealth Management in 2012 where he spent a combined six years before selling his business to pursue his entrepreneurial goals.

Mr. Vatanchi graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. Currently, he serves as CEO of Musk Metals Corp. (CSE: MUSK), CEO of Forty Pillars Mining Corp. (CSE: PLLR), and CFO of Triangle Industries Ltd., a reporting issuer.

Harry Nijjar
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Nijjar is currently a managing director with Malaspina Consultants Inc. and provides chief financial officer and strategic financial advisory services across many industries. His experience has allowed him to help companies successfully navigate regulatory and financial environments within which they operate.

Ian Graham - Director

Ian Graham is a mining professional with over 28 years of experience in the technical characterization and financing of mineral deposit exploration and development. Mr. Graham’s 20 years with the major mining companies Anglo American and Rio Tinto has been followed by experience in founding and financing public companies in the minerals sector. He has experience with the modeling of project economics (DCF) and the structuring of project and company financing. Mr. Graham’s mine and advanced projects include the Diavik Diamond Mine (Northwest Territories, Canada), Resolution Copper (Arizona, USA), Eagle Nickel Mine (Michigan, USA), Lakeview Nickel (Minnesota, USA), Bunder Diamonds (India) and the Milestone Potash Project in SK, Canada.  Mr. Graham was one of the founding directors of Ultra Power Systems, a vanadium redox battery company based in Australia.

Mr. Graham graduated from the University of Natal (now Kwa-Zulu Natal) in Durban, South Africa with a B.Sc. in Geology and Applied Geology (1984) and B.Sc. (Hons) in geology (1985). He previously chaired the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at UBC.

Lawrence Hay - Director

Mr. Hay has extensive experience providing corporate development services and consultation to both private and public-sector clients, particularly those within the lithium industry. Mr. Hay studied at Vancouver Community College, obtaining his Red Seal certification in 2012, while apprenticing, and developed a significant interest in the lithium market due to the growing demand in electric vehicles. Mr. Hay has since been working within the automotive industry for the past 10 years before he proceeded with the incorporation and operation of Tech One Lithium Resources Corp.

Mr. Wong is a capital markets consultant, and current Director of Plant Veda Foods. He led the business development group at Fortuna Investments for three years. He was formerly an accountant at Ernst & Young LLP as a part of the Assurance practice specializing in resources, tech, real estate and financial services. Mr. Wong received his Bachelors of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Western Michigan University.

José de Castro - Director

Mr. de Castro is a mining executive and chemical engineer with deep knowledge and experience in ‎international and Argentine mining operations, and project and commercial management.  Mr. de Castro ‎specializes in process engineering, mining, resources management and operations work.  Mr. de Castro has ‎held important operations and executive positions in mining organizations in Argentina and Chile, and ‎was involved in the design, construction and start-up of the FMC Corporation (now Livent Corp. (NYSE: ‎LTHM)) facilities in the 1990´s, holding the position of Lithium Carbonate and Ponds Superintendent.  In ‎‎2009, Mr. de Castro was the Argentine Country Manager for Orocobre Ltd.(ASX: AKE), where he was ‎responsible for the feasibility, design, construction and start-up of their lithium brine project in the ‎Lithium Triangle, Argentina. Currently Mr. de Castro is a director and chief operating officer of NRG Metals ‎Inc., a junior resource company with two projects in Argentina Lithium Triangle.
